CA Brumbies outside back Afusipa Taumoepeau has starred in the Brumby Runners’ 62-5 win over Randwick at Goulburn’s Simon Poidevin Oval this afternoon. The 20-year-old crossed for three tries in a personal points tally of 23 points that also included four conversions. Other star performers for the Runners included centre Ed Stubbs, scrumhalf James Stannard and back-rower Jesse Parahi, who each crossed for five-pointers of their own. Despite the first half sin-binning of prop Steven Noriega, the Runners held a 31-0 half-time advantage before kicking on to record the 10-tries-to-one victory.
