The 2010 ActewAGL Meet the Players Day again attracted hundreds of eager fans to meet the 2010 CA Brumbies squad as well as take part in numerous organised activities. The returned Matt Giteau was a crowd favourite as was George Smith, who announced his retirement from Test rugby just 24 hours prior.

The CA Brumbies have called for all members and supporters to join them at Griffith Oval for the sixth annual ActewAGL Meet the Players Day from 11am on Saturday (6 February). Following tonight’s final pre-season match against the Waratahs at Viking Park, the CA Brumbies will return to their Griffith headquarters on Saturday for the four-hour supporters’ session.

With the Investec Bank Super 14 season kicking-off next week, TransACT and the CA Brumbies have launched the new Brumbies mobile plan by TransACT. CA Brumbies players Adam Ashley-Cooper, Ben Alexander and Tyrone Smith previewed the new Brumbies mobile phone plan today.

Brumbies Rugby, DHL and the Canberra public have combined to assist education in the Cook Island through the ‘Books for the Cooks’ initiative. Over the past four months Brumbies Rugby has collected books to be sent across to the Cook Islands for education purposes.
